Polen Capital Management, an investment management firm based in Boca Raton, Florida, has invested an undisclosed amount in Asian credit investor Income Partners, thereby establishing a strategic partnership between them.

The deal will provide Hong Kong-headquartered Income Partners with growth capital to support and accelerate its ongoing initiatives and extend its global distribution reach, according to a statement from Polen Capital. Upon the close of the transaction, there will be no change in Income Partners’ investment process, day-to-day management, or operations.

Over the past 30 years, Income Partners has been involved in traditional and alternative Asian credit strategies, investing across renminbi rates and currency, Asia investment grade, Asia high yield, and special-situation alternative private credit.
